Software subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused periods are considered case by case.
Services and packages
Monthly service packages are billed in advance. Work already delivered is not refundable. If we cannot deliver an agreed service, we refund the undelivered portion.
